PANNA COTTA DE MANGO

Estamos en otoño y vivo en la Costa Tropical, por eso mi cocina huele a mangos, chirimoyas, aguacates.... Nuestro clima es privilegiado y los frutos subtropicales los saben y por eso crecen tan estupendos aquí. Sólo existe un problema y es que ya no se qué hacer con tantos mangos, je,je.. así que además de la mermelada, helado, en ensaladas, en aperitivos... también voy a usarlos para preparar postres, como la mousse de mango o esta panna cotta o panacota que os enseño hoy. Es un postre muy sencillo de elaborar y muy agradecido, fresco para estos días todavía calurosos aquí e ideal para disfrutar de los manjares de nuestra Costa Tropical. He preparado la receta en Thermomix pero podemos prepararla de forma convencional también. Así que os cuento cómo hacerlo de las dos maneras.
INGREDIENTES:
- 180 gr. de mango
- 350 gr. de nata
- 3 hojas de gelatina
- 50 gr. de azúcar
- Unos trocitos más de mango para decorar
- Unas hojitas de menta o hierbabuena para decorar
