ARROZ “A LA GRIEGA”

Hoy os enseño a preparar esta riquísima receta de arroz "a la griega" de la mano de Brillante, es una receta muy fácil de elaborar y además ideal como idea de bathcooking, para preparar en nuestras comidas semanales. Sigue este paso a paso y podrás elaborarlo en casa siguiendo mis instrucciones.
INGREDIENTES:
- 200 g de arroz Sabroz de Brillante
- 1 pimiento rojo
- 1 pimiento verde
- 1 cebolla
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 100 g de guisantes
- 100 g de maíz dulce
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra
- Sal al gusto
- Pimienta al gusto
- 1 hoja de laurel
- 600 ml. de caldo de verduras o agua
PREPARACIÓN:
Picamos un pimiento rojo, 1 pimiento verde, 1 cebolla y 2 dientes de ajo.
Sofreímos en una sartén con un fondo de aceite. Salpimentamos.
Pasados unos 20 minutos añadimos 200 gr. de arroz Sabroz de Brillante, un arroz que absorbe todo el sabor.
Añadimos 600 ml. de caldo de verduras y una hoja de laurel. Dejamos cocinar 18 minutos.
Y añadimos 100 gr. de guisantes en conserva y 100 gr. de maíz en conserva. Cocinamos 2 minutos más y dejamos reposar 5 minutos el arroz antes de servirlo.
Servimos.
Y ya sólo nos quedará disfrutar de este delicioso arroz a la griega.
